It aims to project a modern industry based on the high quality of manufactured products, which try to reproduce in a controlled way the traditional production systems. The centre has a production capacity of 5.000kg per month. We can duplicate it easily. The centre has driers, areas with controlled temperature and humidity where the charcuterie products are cured.
