Mountain chorizo in the Iberian tradition we grew up with. Piece of approx. 300 g.

Whole-piece cured sausage, hand-made at the Al-Andaluzza alquería at 1000 m altitude in the Sierra de La Sagra. Selected halal beef, sweet paprika, garlic and natural spices, cured in natural chambers under the dry highland air of Granada. Deep, lightly piquant flavour, perfect sliced thin with rustic bread or as a base for stews.
