Artisan mountain halal fuet, adapted Catalan tradition. Perfect as an aperitif. Piece of approx. 300 g.

Long thin sausage, the Catalan cousin of salchichón. The Al-Andaluzza version is made with halal beef and cured covered with a fine natural white bloom, no colourings or aromas. Concentrated sweet flavour, perfect sliced very thinly with olives and olive oil.
