Halal adaptation of the legendary Mallorcan sobrasada: beef belly and lean cuts, finely minced, mixed with sweet pimentón de la Vera and salt, stuffed and cured until they become a deep-red spreadable paste. Spread on warm toast with a drop of honey — the classic Balearic recipe.
