Artisan salchichón of IGP Segureño lamb, mild spices, natural curing.

The lamb version of the classic Al-Andaluzza salchichón. The noble fat of the Segureño and a backbone of pepper and nutmeg make a piece more mineral and aromatic than the beef version. About 200 g piece, ideal sliced thin.
