The great classic of Iberian charcuterie adapted to halal: lean beef minced and stuffed with whole black peppercorns, nutmeg and a hint of garlic. Slow-cured in natural chambers until it reaches a firm texture and a warm, sweet perfume. The natural partner to chorizo on an Andalusian board.
